We’ve been making the drive over the hill since 1990 — Park City is a regular part of our service area, not an occasional trip. We work in primary residences, second homes, and mountain rental properties throughout the area.
Park City homes present their own set of installation considerations. Ski chalets and mountain condos often have unusual layouts — split levels, lofts, steep-pitch rooflines, and mechanical rooms in unexpected places. Luxury homes in Promontory, Glenwild, and Deer Crest are large and detailed, where the tubing plan needs to account for media rooms, mudrooms, and multiple levels of finished space. We’ve handled all of these.
Second homes and vacation properties are especially well-suited to central vacuum. When a property sits empty for stretches, a built-in system is one less thing to worry about maintaining. It’s there when you need it, quiet, and doesn’t require filters changed or bags checked the way a portable does.
New construction and retrofit both available. If you’re working with a builder in Park City, adding central vacuum during framing is the right time — it’s significantly less expensive than retrofit and much cleaner to install.

Yes, though condos require a bit more planning — we need to confirm where the power unit can go and how to exhaust it without affecting neighboring units. In most townhomes and detached condos, this is straightforward. Call us with the general layout and we can tell you upfront whether it’s feasible before scheduling a site visit.
Plug a hose into any inlet and turn the system on. If you get strong, steady suction, it’s working. If suction is weak, intermittent, or there’s no power at all, call us. We can often diagnose the issue over the phone with a few questions before you make the drive up or we make the drive to you.
We do have a modest trip charge for Summit County given the distance from North Salt Lake. We’ll tell you what that is upfront when you schedule. For larger jobs — full installations or major repairs — the trip charge is typically a small fraction of the total.
