Direct Connect Repair Kit – Plastiflex

Description

The Plastiflex Direct Connect Repair Kit provides the components needed to repair the direct connect power cord on a Plastiflex central vacuum hose that uses a Direct Connect wall-end configuration. Direct Connect hoses receive 110V power through the inlet valve (Super Valve) instead of a separate wall outlet pigtail — and when the cord or housing at that connection point fails, this kit restores full function.

Kit Includes:

• Polarized fuse plug with integrated fuse
• 6 ft. replacement cord
• Wall housing cover

Direct Connect vs. Pigtail:
A standard Plastiflex pigtail cord plugs into a wall outlet. A Direct Connect hose instead receives power through the inlet valve itself (requires a Super Valve at the wall). If your Plastiflex hose plugs into the inlet valve on the wall rather than into a wall outlet nearby, you have a Direct Connect system and need this kit — not the standard Pigtail Cord Repair Kit.
