Mountain Central Vac / ACV 15 Amp Circuit Board

Description

Replacement 15-amp circuit board for ACV (American Central Vacuum) and Mountain Central Vacuum central vacuum power units. The circuit board is the control electronics responsible for regulating motor operation, low-voltage signal response (turning the unit on when the hose is plugged in), and overload protection. If your ACV or Mountain Central Vac unit fails to start, runs intermittently, or doesn’t respond to the low-voltage hose signal, a failed circuit board is a common cause.

Fits: ACV and Mountain Central Vacuum units that use a 15-amp circuit board.

Diagnosing a Failed Circuit Board:

• Unit won’t start when hose is plugged in, but motor tests OK when wired directly
• Unit starts and stops intermittently without explanation
• Burnt smell or visible damage on the existing board
• Low-voltage switch on hose handle doesn’t trigger the unit
