Description

Direct replacement drive belt for the Beam Advocate AP900 central vacuum power brush. Sold in a two-pack (2 belts). Keeping a spare on hand ensures your brush roll maintains full spinning speed — which is what separates deep carpet cleaning from surface-only performance.

Why Replace Your Belt Each Year?

The belt transfers rotation from the brush motor to the brush roll. Unlike a snapped belt that fails obviously, belts degrade gradually: they stretch, glaze, and lose grip over 10–12 months of regular use. A stretched belt allows the brush roll to spin more slowly, reducing the agitation that pulls dirt and debris out of carpet fibers. Annual replacement — even when the belt looks intact — keeps your power head performing as designed.
