Mountain Central Vac provides central vacuum installation and repair in Morgan, Utah and throughout Morgan County. We’re based in North Salt Lake — just over the hill from Morgan Valley via I-84 — and have been serving northern Utah homes since 1990. Morgan County is close enough that we make regular runs out, and the county’s mix of rural and residential properties is a good fit for central vacuum systems.
Morgan County homes tend to be larger-lot properties — acreages, hobby farms, and homes with detached garages and outbuildings. That’s actually an ideal setting for central vacuum. Larger homes benefit more from a built-in system than smaller ones, and the rural lifestyle that brings in boots, animals, and outdoor debris makes the whole-home cleaning capability worth it.
We install in both new construction and existing homes throughout Morgan County. The power unit typically goes in the garage or utility room, with tubing run through interior walls and the attic or crawl space. We plan every system specifically for your home’s layout — number of inlets, unit sizing, tubing routes — before any work starts. Written quote before we begin.
Morgan County’s location means we also encounter some older homes along the Weber River corridor with more traditional construction. We’re comfortable working in those too — plaster walls and all.

We repair all brands for Morgan County homeowners — Beam, NuTone, Vacumaid, Eureka, ACV, CycloVac, and everything else. Most common repairs: lost suction from motor wear or tubing clogs, inlet valves that won’t open or latch, hose handle switches that have failed. We carry parts for all major brands and complete most repairs in a single visit.
Morgan is a short drive from our North Salt Lake shop via I-84, so drop-offs are easy if you’d rather bring a component in than wait for a scheduled home visit.

We serve Morgan City, Mountain Green, Croydon, Porterville, and surrounding Morgan County communities.
Larger homes cost more because they need more inlets and more tubing. But the per-square-foot cost doesn’t increase dramatically — the power unit and labor setup is the same regardless of size. A 4,000 sq ft home costs more than a 2,000 sq ft home, but not twice as much. We’ll give you a specific quote after walking the space.
Morgan is a quick drive from North Salt Lake, so we don’t add a significant travel charge. We schedule Morgan County appointments the same way as Salt Lake and Davis County — call to check availability and we’ll get you on the calendar.
Central vacuum is a recognized home feature that appraisers note and buyers notice — especially buyers from areas where central vacuum is common. Whether it recoups the full installation cost depends on your market. In Morgan County’s housing market, it’s a differentiator. We’re happy to give you an installation quote so you can make the call yourself.
