Coupling

Description

The coupling is a straight connector used to join two sections of 2″ central vacuum PVC piping in a continuous run. Use it when extending an existing piping run, repairing a cracked or damaged pipe section, or connecting two separate pipe lengths during installation.

Fits: Standard 2″ central vacuum PVC piping systems.

Installation Tip: For permanent connections, use PVC cement rated for central vacuum or standard schedule-40 PVC. For connections you may need to disassemble later, a friction-fit coupling (without cement) allows future access. Most central vacuum pipe fittings use slip-fit connections — ensure pipes are fully seated before cementing.
