Short 90

Description

The short 90-degree elbow is a compact version of the standard 90° elbow with a tighter radius, designed for installations where space is limited and a standard long-radius 90° elbow won’t fit. It’s commonly used inside wall cavities, in tight corners near framing, or in confined mechanical spaces where every inch of clearance matters.

Fits: Standard 2″ central vacuum PVC piping systems.

Short vs. Standard 90:
Standard long-radius 90° elbows produce less suction loss due to their gentler turn. Use the short 90 only where space constraints require it — for the tightest spots in a wall cavity or mechanical closet where the long-radius version physically won’t fit.
